Child Safety Standards
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Freediving PH is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and keeping our community safe. These standards apply to all users, posts, comments, messages, images, videos, profile content, and other activity in Freediving PH.
Zero Tolerance for CSAE
Freediving PH prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, solicits, or harms children. This includes child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, attempts to obtain or share exploitative material, grooming behavior, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, sextortion, or instructions that facilitate child exploitation.
Content Review and Enforcement
- Users can report posts, comments, accounts, or other activity that appears unsafe, abusive, exploitative, or inappropriate.
- Users can block another user from visible posts or comments in their own app experience.
- Reported content is reviewed by Freediving PH administrators through moderation tools.
- We may remove content, hide posts or comments, restrict features, block accounts, suspend access, or permanently ban users who violate these standards.
- We may preserve relevant information when needed for safety review, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or cooperation with lawful requests.
Reporting CSAE Concerns
If you see content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation in Freediving PH, report it in the app when possible and contact us immediately at admin@freedivingph.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child protection authority right away.
Cooperation with Authorities
When we become aware of apparent CSAE, we may report it to appropriate law enforcement, child protection organizations, or other legally authorized channels as required or permitted by applicable law.
Prevention and Community Expectations
- Do not upload, request, share, or promote sexual content involving minors.
- Do not attempt to groom, manipulate, coerce, threaten, or exploit minors.
